Adobe Flash died on December 31, 2020, at 24. The date was announced three years in advance, which gave everyone time to do nothing.

It made the early web move, sing and crash, often in that order.

A whole decade of games, intros and restaurant websites went with it.

It is survived by a plug-in prompt that no one will ever see again.
